Up until now we’ve only seen a glimpse of the urban dystopia of Dying Light, Techland’s upcoming open world survival game that focuses heavily on day and night cycles. The developers have released a new trailer today that shows off the capabilities of the next generation of consoles.
With the power of the in-house developed Chrome Engine 6, Dying Light uses dynamic lighting and shadows to create a more realistic and immersive game world. The trailer also debuts a new location, Old Town in the city of Harran, that has become run over by the infected.
Check out the new trailer below and let us know what you think. Dying Light is scheduled for release in 2014 on current and next-gen platforms.
