The newly named London Anime & Gaming Con kicks off 2014 next month, where video games will have a bigger presence than ever before. To back that up, event organizer Michael Towers has announced leading UK retailer GAME as one of the sponsors.
GAME has graciously donated more than £500 worth of prizes in support of the London Anime & Gaming Con and GamesAid, another of the charity sponsors this year. Attendees will be able to visit the GAME Tournaments Zone and participate in the 12 GAME Tournaments throughout the convention. The games include League Of Legends, Street Fighter IV Arcade, Minecraft, Halo 4, Dead or Alive 5, Call of Duty 4, Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros Brawl, DDR, Marvel v Capcom 3, Blazblue and more so best start practicing now if you want a chance at taking home first place.
In total, LAGC confirms that almost £1,000 in prizes is up for grabs. Look for more sponsors to be announced as we get closer to February 8th and 9th. Tickets are still available on www.londonanimecon.com so be sure to order yours before it’s too late.
